can I test it before I pay?
▾
yes. the free trial is 24 hours and 10 GB on a dedicated port, no credit card. the port goes live once you click the link in the verification email. it runs on the same modems paying customers use, so point your real workload at it, check the ASN and run a speed test. it's one trial per person. upgrade while it's still running and you keep the same port, IP and login.
do you have US, European or other countries, or only Singapore?
▾
only Singapore. every modem, SIM and IP we sell sits in Singapore, on Singtel or M1. we don't resell other countries, and we don't sell residential or datacenter proxies either. if you need a US or EU mobile IP we're the wrong shop, and it's better you hear that before you sign up.
which carriers do you have? can I choose Singtel, M1 or StarHub?
▾
Singtel and M1. you pick one in the carrier selector at checkout, at the same price on every plan. StarHub isn't on sale right now. Singtel IPs show up as AS45143 and M1 as AS4773, so you can check it yourself on a trial port. Vivifi runs on Singtel's network. already have a port? you can swap it to another modem or the other carrier from the dashboard.
how much is one proxy?
▾
one port is $40 for 30 days with 200 GB of data, $50 with 500 GB, or $85 with 1 TB. on the 200 GB plan a single day is $4 and 7 days is $13.33. paying 3 months up front takes 5% off. 10 or more lines are $36 per line per month (200GB each), set up by hand on telegram @Xavierfok. all prices are in USD.
will it work for TikTok, Instagram or my bot? will my accounts get banned?
▾
we can't promise that, and nobody honestly can. what you get is a real Singapore carrier IP on a SIM no one else uses. whether an account survives also comes down to its history, your browser fingerprint and how hard you push it. so test it: run your actual accounts or bot on the free trial for a day before you pay anything.
is it HTTP or SOCKS5? does it support UDP, VPN or IPv6?
▾
every port does HTTP and SOCKS5 with the same login and password, and SOCKS5 UDP works too. each port also has an OpenVPN config you can download from the dashboard, if you'd rather send a whole device or router through it. we sell IPv4. a few M1 lines also hand out IPv6, but we don't promise it, so don't build around it.
how much data do I get? is there an unlimited plan?
▾
there's no unlimited plan. each port gets 200 GB, 500 GB or 1 TB per 30 days, and the allowance belongs to that port, so two ports don't pool their data. what you don't use rolls over for up to 3 months, but cancelling drops the banked balance. usage shows on your dashboard. need more? upgrade the plan from the dashboard and you keep the same port.
do you have Singapore proxies available right now?
▾
usually, yes. checkout sets the port up by itself, normally within a minute, and the carrier selector shows which network has free modems. we run 80+ modems in Singapore. if you need 10 or more lines at once, message @Xavierfok on telegram first, because volume lines are set up by hand and it helps to line them up.
can I buy just a day or a week?
▾
yes. on the 200 GB plan a day is $4 and 7 days is $13.33. the 500 GB plan is $5 a day or $16.67 a week, and 1 TB is $8.50 or $28.33. there's nothing hourly. for a quick look, the free 24-hour trial is the better start, and a 3-month prepay is 5% cheaper if you know you'll stay.
is there a discount for more lines or a longer term?
▾
for lines, the break is at 10: from 10 lines it's $36 a line per month with 200GB each, set up by hand over telegram with @Xavierfok. below 10, each extra line is another port at the normal price. for time, paying 3 months up front takes 5% off at checkout.
does it renew automatically? can I cancel?
▾
auto-renew is a switch on each port in your dashboard. when it's on, the port renews for another 30 days from your account credit, so keep enough credit topped up or it won't renew. you also get reminder emails 7, 3 and 1 day before it expires. you can cancel any time from the dashboard, and the unused part comes back as account credit. let a port lapse and the next purchase gets a new port, IP and login.
is the proxy dedicated or shared? can I run many sessions on one port?
▾
dedicated. one port is one modem with one SIM, used by one customer, and trial ports work the same way. the public IP is the carrier's, behind its NAT, like any phone on that network. a port has one IP at a time, so every connection through it leaves from that IP. if you need 30 different IPs at once, that's 30 ports.
is it a real SIM? is it residential? will sites see it as a proxy?
▾
real Singapore SIMs in physical modems we run in Singapore. it's a mobile proxy, which is neither residential nor datacenter: the IP sits in the carrier's mobile range, Singtel AS45143 or M1 AS4773, and you can check that on the trial. what a site does with it is up to the site. a mobile IP gets flagged less often than a datacenter one, but nothing makes you invisible.
will I keep the same IP and login for the whole month?
▾
the login stays while the port is active, including when you upgrade from the trial or change plan. moving to a modem on another server is the one swap that issues new details. the IP holds until something rotates it: you, your auto-rotate timer, or the modem reconnecting after a reboot or a carrier drop. set auto-rotate to 0 if you want it to hold.
do I need a Singapore phone number? can I order on telegram instead?
▾
no Singapore number needed. signup asks for your email and a real mobile number, and the code arrives by SMS or in Telegram. virtual, VoIP and landline numbers get refused. orders go through the site, which sets the port up straight away. the exception is 10 or more lines, which are arranged by hand with @Xavierfok on telegram.
how can I pay? do you take PayPal?
▾
card through Stripe, or crypto, both at checkout. crypto goes through NOWPayments by default, and Plisio and Cryptomus are there as options. if you have account credit, it comes off the total on either rail. PayPal isn't offered at checkout.
